How a job moves

- 01ScheduleThe customer calls or books online. Pick a time and a bay, and note whether they are waiting or dropping off.
- 02Check inThey pull in. Type the VIN or plate, note the mileage and what they noticed. The job lands on the board.
- 03EstimateThe technician inspects it and finds the work. You build the quote with labour and parts, and send it as a link.
- 04Customer approvalThey open it on their phone and say yes to the brakes and no to the wipers. You record their answer line by line.
- 05Work orderThe approved lines become the job. The technician clocks on, ticks each line off and writes up what was found.
