Start and pause the clock on a job. Hours are logged per technician and sit beside the book time on the work order.
Run the inspection
Work through your shop's own checklist. Each item is good, monitor or urgent, with a note and photos where it matters.
Move the job along
Tap In progress, Parts on order, On hold, Quality check or Ready for pickup. The front desk sees it the moment you do.
Write up the 3 Cs
Type the Concern, the Cause and the Correction straight into the work order, where the advisor can see it without walking back.
